Heimtextil 2026 — We Were There
A recap of Tulip Towel Industries at Heimtextil 2026, Frankfurt — Hall 8, Stand K45. See the terry, zero-twist, bamboo, baby and bathrobe collections we showcased to global buyers.
We've just returned from Heimtextil 2026, and we're grateful for the inspiring days spent in Frankfurt. Thank you to everyone who visited Tulip Towel Industries at Hall 8, Stand K45 — the conversations around sustainable terry towels, bathrobes, baby towels, kitchen towels and garments were insightful and encouraging, and it was wonderful to connect with so many of you in person.
What We Showcased at Heimtextil 2026
This year's stand featured our full range from our factory in Karachi — one of Pakistan's leading towel exporters — with particular focus on the collections seeing strongest buyer demand heading into H2 2026:
- Hotel-grade terry towels — dobby border bath towels in 400–600 GSM, reactive dyed and rated for 90°C industrial laundering. Our core hotel towels wholesale range, built for repeat institutional programmes.
- Zero-twist towels — 500–650 GSM with a soft, voluminous hand feel. Consistently the most discussed construction at the stand — retail and ecommerce buyers alike are specifying it.
- Bamboo and Tencel blends — sustainable options for eco-positioned retail programmes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, with a closed-loop fibre story that holds up to EU supply chain scrutiny.
- Baby collection — OEKO-TEX Class I certified hooded towels, bath capes, bathrobes and wash cloths in ultra-soft combed cotton. Growing demand from both retail and maternity/hospitality buyers.
- Bathrobes — terry and waffle weave, available with custom embroidery for hotel and spa programmes.
- Kitchen towels and garments — expanding our range beyond the bathroom for buyers building broader home textile programmes.
Who We Connected With
Heimtextil 2026 brought together buyers from across Europe, the US, the Middle East and beyond. This year's conversations were particularly focused on three things:
Responsible Sourcing Documentation
OEKO-TEX, BSCI and ISO certifications are now baseline requirements for most European buyers — not differentiators. The new conversation is about depth of traceability: yarn origin, energy consumption per kg of product, water recycling rates. As a BSCI and OEKO-TEX certified towel manufacturer in Pakistan, this is where we've been investing.
Long-Term Partnerships Over Spot Orders
Buyers are consolidating their supplier base — fewer factories, deeper relationships, better consistency. The brands winning in home textiles right now are the ones who've locked in a direct manufacturer relationship in Pakistan rather than buying through traders, and who can guarantee repeat-order colour matching and construction consistency.
Specification Fluency
The most productive meetings were with buyers who came with a spec brief — GSM, yarn type, size, certification requirement, target price. If you're new to specifying towels, our GSM guide and hotel towel buyer's guide are a good starting point.
What Heimtextil 2026 Told Us About the Market
Events like Heimtextil make one thing clear: the textile industry is evolving faster than most sourcing teams are moving. Buyers are asking harder questions about certifications, environmental impact and ethical production. As an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and BSCI certified manufacturer, we welcome that shift — and we're investing in traceability, water recycling and solar energy across our Karachi facility.
We returned to Frankfurt having already exhibited at Heimtextil 2025. The difference between the two years was clear — buyer sophistication is up, compliance requirements are tighter, and the brands growing fastest are the ones who built their product programme on certified, well-specified product from the start.
