Tulip Towel is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high quality designed terry towels and made ups. We have our own manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art machineries and equipments.
Tulip Towel was established in 1998 with a philosophy of revolutionary change in towel industries from middle to high end quality fashion towels. We were the pioneers to install shuttle less terry weaving machines in Pakistan to make quality towels and bathrobes as per European Standards. We started our business with plain dyed basic towels then gradually grow with other value added products, like Yarn dyed, Embroidered, Velour and Printed Towels in different yarn qualities such as Combed, Egyptian Cotton, Low Twist, Zero Twist, Modal, Bamboo and Viscous in 100% cotton and blended with other fibers.

Warping and Sizing

Our manufacturing process starts with warping and sizing. We utilize a fully computerized warping machine that guarantees consistent and controlled production standards. Our state-of-the-art sized beam touchless handling system ensures hassle-free access to perfectly sized beams for our weaving process.

Advanced Weaving Technology

Our weaving setup features the renowned VAMATEX DYNA TERRY MACHINES, known for their flexibility and high-quality terry production with minimal rejections. Our fully electronically controlled looms can handle both regular and intricate designs seamlessly. Each loom benefits from a vacuum cleaning system, minimizing fluff accumulation and ensuring optimal weaving conditions.

High Production Capacity

We produce 150 metric tons of towels per month, equivalent to 1800 metric tons annually. With confirmed outsourced arrangements, our capacity can elevate to an impressive 2400 metric tons annually. Our facility also includes 12 SULZER Jacquard looms for additional production capabilities.

Precision Dyeing, Bleaching, and Drying

We have partnered with an associated factory for dyeing, bleaching, and drying processes. This facility is equipped with cutting-edge European Sclavos and MCS machines, renowned for their superior finishing, exquisite hand feel, and vibrant color shine. These machines excel in reducing water, energy, and chemical consumption, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Yarn Dyeing Facility

Our yarn dyeing facility has a committed capacity of 50,000kg per month, providing an annual capacity of 600 metric tons. This facility ensures precision and consistency in every yarn dyeing order.

Confection Department

Our Confection Department combines cutting-edge European and Japanese machinery, supported by in-house training for our skilled team. Our product range includes bathrobes, towels, stripes, and Jacquard designs in various sizes and weights. We process 8,000kg of towels daily, equivalent to 2,400 metric tons annually. Our three-floor setup efficiently handles production, stitching 10,000 bath towels and 1,000 bathrobes daily.

Packing Department

Our Packing Department is the final touchpoint in our meticulous production process. Our skilled packing team ensures that each product is impeccably prepared for distribution. From folding and arranging to labeling and quality checks, our packing process guarantees that our products reach customers in pristine condition.
