Tulip Towel Industries makes heavy gym bench towels in Karachi, Pakistan: 650–750 GSM, 20/2 ring-spun cotton, with cut-out corners shaped to the bench. We weave them in any size, with your logo, colours and packaging. MOQ is 300 kg per colour, lead time is 60–75 days, and we are OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001 and amfori BSCI certified.
A bench towel does a different job from a sweat towel. It covers the weight bench under you and under the bar, and stays put through a full set. At 650–750 GSM it is about twice the weight of a standard gym towel, so it lies flat and takes the sweat before it reaches the pad.

How Sampling Works
- You send your reference towel, or we work from your spec sheet.
- We weave the fabric and dye one full roll in your main colour. This is your golden sample for size, GSM, feel and stitching.
- We send lab dip swatches for each other colour so you can approve the shade.
- After the order is confirmed, we send one dyed towel in each colour before dyeing the full quantity.
