Designed for Athletic Use

Gym towels serve a different function from standard bath towels. They need to be compact enough to carry in a gym bag, absorbent enough to handle perspiration during an intense workout, quick-drying so they can be reused within a session or packed away without remaining damp, and tough enough to withstand daily washing. Our gym towels are woven from 20/2 ring-spun cotton, which balances absorbency, weight and strength.

• Quick-dry pile: shorter pile height allows faster drying between uses compared to thick bath towels
• Colourfast dyes: reactive dyes with 60°C colour fastness, in solid colours and stripes, matched to your Pantone shades
• Custom branding: printed logos, woven borders, embroidery and custom labels for gym chains and sports brands
• Anti-odour and antibacterial options: bamboo-blend towels, and an optional silver-ion antibacterial finish that limits odour-causing bacteria on the towel
• Durable hems: reinforced stitched borders for long service life under frequent commercial laundering

• Size and weight: 50×90 cm, 450 GSM, about 203 g per towel
• Yarn: 20/2 ring-spun carded pile, 20/2 ring-spun warp, 100% cotton
• Weaving: jacquard terry looms
• Dyeing: reactive dyed in soft-flow machines, tumble dried, 60°C colour fastness
• Colours: black, blue, grey, white, orange and green as standard, or your Pantone shades
• Packing: single towel in a PP polybag with your barcode sticker, woven label, export cartons
• Container: about 16,000 towels fit in a 20 ft container (about 3,400 kg)
