Construction & Quality

Our hotel towels are woven on Dornier Dobby terry weaving machines using 100% combed cotton ring-spun yarn. GSM range runs from 400 to 600 depending on application — 400–450 GSM for budget and economy hotels, 500–550 GSM for 4-star properties, and 550–600 GSM for luxury 5-star and resort linen programs. All towels are processed through soft-flow dyeing with tumble drying to deliver a consistently plush hand feel. Colour fastness is rated at 60°C for reactive-dyed colours and 90°C for white and VAT-dyed options.

Customisation

We offer dobby border designs, jacquard weave patterns, and custom embroidery for hotel branding. Full private-label programs are available including custom woven borders with hotel logos, custom packaging with polybag and insert card, and retail-ready gift box presentation for in-room amenity sets.

Certifications

All hotel towels are produced under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (no harmful substances), BSCI (social compliance audit), and ISO 9001 quality management system certification. These certifications are required by most European and North American hotel procurement programs and are available upon request.
