Construction & Fabric Options

We offer three core fabric constructions to suit different end-use requirements. Full terry (loop both sides) provides maximum absorbency for post-shower and poolside use, ideal for hotel and spa environments. Terry outside with velour inside delivers a smooth, brushed interior surface with an absorbent outer face — preferred for premium hotel amenity programs. Full velour (both sides sheared) gives the softest, most luxurious hand feel, suited to high-end retail and boutique hotel collections. All constructions use 100% combed cotton yarn processed through soft-flow dyeing with tumble drying for a consistently plush finish.

Styles & Sizing

Available collar styles include shawl collar, kimono collar, and hooded construction. All styles include a self-fabric belt, two front pockets, and a loop hanger as standard. Custom design modifications are accommodated for bulk orders. Standard sizing runs S / M / L / XL / XXL with custom sizing available for airline and branded programs.

Customisation & Private Label

We offer full private-label programs including chest embroidery, collar embroidery, and back panel embroidery for hotel logos and brand marks. Custom woven jacquard borders, custom packaging with polybag and hangtag, and retail-ready gift box presentation are all available. Minimum embroidery run is 300 dozen per design.
